Booking Policies

 

Pre-Appointment Policies:

Please do not wear any makeup to your eyelash/ facial/ microneedling/ permanent makeup/threading appointment.

 Try cleanse your eyelashes right before your appointment so that we can focus on the actual treatment instead of cleansing.

We do not fill any nail technician's work, a soak off and new set by Valerie would need to be booked.

If you arrive with less than 40% of your lash extensions at your fill appointment, you'll need to reschedule and book for a new set of extensions.

If you can, please let me know with a message if you'd need a new set of lashes so that we can reschedule or book extra time accordingly. 

We will only do your permanent makeup appointment on a clean face as cleansing makeup or product off of the area is not part of the appointment time.

Please make sure you're 100% happy with your tattoo design the day BEFORE your tattoo appointment. We only book enough time to do your tattoo, not enough time to make changes to your design.

Please also make sure the area of your tattoo is cleanly shaven or waxed the day BEFORE your appointment to avoid any uncomfortable dry shaving and increased sensitivity to the area.

 

Health Policy:

Please note that we work in a sterile, clean environment. No food or smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes are allowed in the premises.

 

Guest Policy:

Please note that we don't allow more than 1 guest at a time.

Should you need to bring a guest and your guest is happy to wait patiently and quietly in the waiting area, then they are welcome to tag along.

 

New Client Policies:

If it is your first appointment with us, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit via EFT to secure your booking (this will be deducted off your appointment total). 

If you haven't been to the premises before, please make sure that you arrive 5 minutes early so that you know where to go and that getting lost doesn't cut into your appointment time.

 

Foreign Lash Fill Policy:

If you are coming from another lash technician and would like a fill, please send us a few pictures on WhatsApp of your eyelashes.

We need the type of lash extensions, sizes and mapping used by your previous lash artist.

Only after all of these steps have been followed will we be able to tell you if a fill can be done on your eyelashes. An additional R100 will be added to the fill cost.

 

Tattoo Custom Design Policy:

If you're wanting a custom design tattoo (can range from customising a design to a completely new artwork);

a design fee of R500 will be added on top of your tattoo quote. 

 

Cancel/Rescheduling Policy:

We truly value you as a client and your slot is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are needed and ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the charge of a R150 rescheduling fee. This fee can be paid by EFT or at your next appointment above your treatment cost.

 

Late Shows Policy:

We utilise every minute of your appointment time to ensure that you are happy with the outcome, we work back to back with appointments and need your entire appointment to do our best work. Therefore we have a 10 minutes grace period, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to RESCHEDULE and you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

 

No Shows Policy:

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

This amount will need to be paid before you're able to book another appointment.

 

Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

Disclaimer/Liability Waiver:

Client understands and agrees that whilst Cassandra Jade and staff are qualified to carry out the treatments offered, any treatments carried out may present a risk or side effects dependant on your skin type and allergies. Client further confirms that they are aware of their physical limitations, conditions and allergies and undertake to inform Cassandra and staff of these prior to the treatment. Client exempts, releases and indemnifies Cassandra Jade's Collective, it's owners, landlord, and employees from any and all liability claims, demands or actions which may result in any damage, loss or injury as a result of any treatment carried out on Cassandra Jade's premises or at any third party facilities. Client confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the above clause.
